Old Fashioned Turkey Pie For Four

1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. flour
2 c. stock made from turkey bones or bouillion
1 onion, cut up
1 box frozen peas and carrots, cooked
2 c. leftover turkey, cut up
salt and pepper to taste
biscuit dough from scratch or tube biscuits

In saucepan, melt margarine and blend in flour. Add stock. Add onion, peas and carrots and turkey. Season with salt and pepper. Put in 2-quart casserole; cover with biscuit dough or tube biscuits. Cut slits in dough for steam to escape. Bake in 450 degree oven for 25 minutes or until browned.
